Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock items on the warehouse floor.
- Package and label orders accurately to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse floor and equipment.
- Assist in organizing storage bins and racks for optimal efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory and tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and scanning items.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (if outdoor loading).
- Willingness to learn and follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
