Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario planning models
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Monitor emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive prototyping of futuristic solutions in our Innovation Lab
- Mentor junior futurists and build the foresight function
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Experience building innovation ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech projects
