- Develop 2026+ strategic scenarios using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing and biotech breakthroughs
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present disruptive insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic resilience and adaptability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy leadership
- Published work on exponential technologies or future-of-work scenarios
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in distributed environments
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies or equivalent (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
- Deep expertise in climate tech and circular economy transitions
