Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks focused on 2026 market transformations
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce trend reports and disruption analyses using proprietary AI-powered foresight platforms
- Design and implement organizational foresight maturity assessments
- Mentor junior futurists and build thought leadership through white papers and keynote presentations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
