- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Author quarterly trend briefings and scenario-planning tools for enterprise stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubators prototyping solutions for 2030 challenges
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Proven track record of published future-focused research or thought leadership
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and weak signal analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFR) preferred
