- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary roadmaps at industry summits and executive retreats
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodology development
- Quantify ROI of future-oriented initiatives using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis with published thought leadership
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., PESTLE, SWOT 2.0)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with AI/ML predictive modeling for strategic forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., CFMP preferred)
