Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic scenarios incorporating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging risks and opportunities in climate adaptation and digital sovereignty
- Produce annual Horizon Scanning reports identifying paradigm shifts in neuro-interfaces and space colonization
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed futurist principles into product roadmaps and ESG frameworks
- Design immersive foresight simulations for stakeholder engagement and decision acceleration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or scenario planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Published thought leadership on climate-tech convergence or digital ethics
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS) or systems modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ horizon scanning frameworks deployed at scale
