- Present future trend briefings to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven scenario planning
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors as strategic partners
- Translate emerging technologies into commercial opportunities with 3-5 year implementation roadmaps
- Drive organizational culture shifts through immersive future-vision workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or enterprise futurism
- Proven track record of developing and scaling future-oriented initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning methodologies, and exponential technology trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from at least two 5-year+ strategic foresight implementations
