- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical, technological, and socio-economic shifts
- Create strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable energy innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Produce executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational units
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with trend analysis and scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech domains
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership on future trends (portfolio required)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend predictions that materialized
