Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-cultural trends to build 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive innovations and paradigm shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into executable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies against 2026 milestones
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented R&D
- Proven track record developing and implementing long-term (5+ year) strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience visualizing complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future-proofing organizations
