- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business plans
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with long-term vision
- Produce forward-looking reports and predictive models for stakeholder decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
