As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to transform speculative concepts into actionable strategies. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and market positioning for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast 5-10 year market impacts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation portfolios aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce visionary reports and executive briefings on future scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in emerging technology adoption
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
