Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year trend analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for healthcare, climate, and mobility sectors
- Present future-vision roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry partners
- Establish ethical guidelines for emerging technology adoption
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating technological trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems and research institutions
