- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-gen methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technologies and societal evolution
- Integrate ESG principles into all strategic planning initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Accelerator program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, neurotech, climate engineering
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, CFSP)
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully launched future-oriented initiatives
