Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 10-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, marketing, and R&D teams
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify 2026-era investment opportunities
- Represent company at global futurist conferences (e.g., World Future Society)
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts (2018-2025 preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Palantir)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 5+ year strategic planning
