- Build foresight database with predictive analytics and trend impact scoring
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing innovations
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record translating foresight into enterprise strategy
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, and sustainability trends
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
