Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation pipelines aligned with future market needs
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Advise executive leadership on risk mitigation and opportunity capture in volatile markets
- Manage cross-functional working groups to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or horizon planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
