Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize megatrends (quantum computing, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to create 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions using predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and design teams to embed future-ready principles
- Produce high-impact visualizations of future states for executive stakeholder alignment
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation topics
