Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile markets
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to translate foresight into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven predictions and strategic recommendations
- Partner with product teams to incubate moonshot initiatives aligned with 2026 vision
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
