Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic scenarios using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic frameworks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging disruptors in technology, policy, and consumer behavior
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps aligned with long-term vision and quarterly KPIs
- Partner with R&D and innovation teams to identify and capitalize on future opportunities
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or foresight roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) preferred
