- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed innovation into organizational DNA and culture
- Present future-focused insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven frameworks
- Drive strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and startups

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology leadership
