- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities and disruptive threats through 2030
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks aligned with 2026 market evolution
- Champion cross-functional workshops to foster future-ready thinking across all departments
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and strategic impact
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with proven 2026+ horizon impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems-thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
