- Develop and execute 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and validation of next-gen technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends, threats, and opportunities
- Design and scale innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into market-ready solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor an elite innovation lab focused on exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech verticals
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience building and leading high-impact innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in industry foresight publications
