Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and business models through 2030
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive future roadmap aligned with corporate vision and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable projects
- Build and manage a network of futurists, industry experts, and academic partners for trend validation
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams on future-thinking methodologies and tools
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of geopolitical, technological, and societal shifts on business strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies including scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong network within innovation, tech, and academic communities
- Proficiency in data analytics, AI/ML tools, and emerging technologies
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with ambiguous future landscapes
