What You'll Accomplish:
Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to detect technological, societal, and economic shifts. Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into market-ready initiatives. Build executive dashboards visualizing future scenarios and risk mitigation pathways. Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-gen methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight roadmaps for organizational adaptation
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive opportunities and threats
- Create executive briefings quantifying future market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Drive cultural transformation programs embedding future-thinking across departments
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Represent company at global foresight conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term enterprise roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
