- Forecast global technological, economic, and social trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for moonshot projects
- Pioneer predictive modeling frameworks for market disruption
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-oriented thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies' societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published work in futurism or innovation thought leadership
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
