- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, and quantum domains
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-ready capabilities into organizational DNA
- Curate and host high-stakes innovation summits with industry luminaries
- Author thought leadership positioning company as 2026 thought leader
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or exponential technology
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ launches)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to enterprise impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF)
