- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups, research institutions, and think tanks
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling data narratives
- Design and manage innovation pipelines for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive market shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
