Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs for exponential growth
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum AI, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and emerging opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members using data-driven scenario modeling
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build external partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global innovation hubs
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
