Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to build comprehensive 2026 foresight models
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with product teams to design human-centered solutions for 2026's evolving consumer needs
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for tracking future-readiness and innovation velocity
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 5+ years of foresight experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech-forward organizations
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks adopted by industry leaders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
