Responsibilities

- Develop data-driven innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic vision
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future scenarios into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional teams
- Produce forward-looking market intelligence reports and scenario models
- Manage pilot programs for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Strong executive presentation and stakeholder influence skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFTE) preferred
