Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying emerging trends with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-backed probability models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for advanced research collaboration
- Mentor junior strategists in future-casting methodologies and innovation management
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technological adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps in tech or finance sectors
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile innovation environments
- Prior work with Fortune 500 clients on transformational change initiatives
