Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 5-15 year impact potential
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof initiatives
- Author quarterly trend briefs for the board of directors
- Design and manage innovation incubation programs for moonshot projects
- Establish KPI frameworks for future-readiness across organizational departments
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and technology summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and backcasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
