Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products/services
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefings for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior futurists and build the innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation consulting, R&D, or strategic foresight
- Proven track record of translating trends into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with emerging tech frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, Tech S-curves)
