Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-economic trends to map 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for business resilience in rapidly evolving markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across healthcare, finance, and sustainability sectors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Innovation Management preferred
