Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology and socio-economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop and publish horizon-scanning reports on AI, biotech, and climate resilience innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to prototype future business models and customer experiences
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots and long-term innovation roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and investment strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published work in innovation journals or thought leadership platforms
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR preferred)
