- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Present visionary insights to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narrative frameworks
- Establish Horizon's thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and industry foresight reports
- Manage a $2M innovation incubation fund for experimental 2026-viable ventures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex multi-variable scenarios
