Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping innovation pathways for climate resilience and neurotech applications
- Produce foresight reports and executive briefings on metaverse evolution and decentralized governance
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Establish global networks of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech governance, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable narratives
