Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops on innovation and digital transformation
- Produce forward-looking reports and visualizations for client decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions
- Present findings at industry conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of developing strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational initiatives
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
