Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop forward-looking innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future trajectories
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through strategic roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
