Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to predict technological, social, and economic shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients navigating disruptive innovation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to build adaptive roadmaps
- Produce trend intelligence reports with quantified impact assessments on business operations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions aligned with emerging behaviors
- Present strategic recommendations at industry conferences and client board meetings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies in corporate/consulting environments
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Proven track record delivering strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate resilience
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
