Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for volatile futures
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging future paradigms
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for global enterprises
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and megatrend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
