Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, society, and market domains
- Develop scenario-based futures models and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ planning
- Lead executive workshops on emerging technology implications and disruption forecasting
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in futures research, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis methodologies, and horizon scanning
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization skills
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic foresight projects
