- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions and business models
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics and track progress against innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Author thought leadership on future trends for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and megatrend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, Web3, quantum computing, biotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation domains
