Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof products/services
- Advise executive team on disruptive tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech convergence)
- Design and implement foresight frameworks for market positioning and competitive strategy
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging tech feasibility and commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record mapping emerging tech trends to business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and risk modeling methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Certification in Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or Innovation Management preferred
