- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Partner with venture teams to evaluate emerging startups and acquisition targets
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, climate tech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Demonstrated success translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ horizon scanning frameworks implemented at scale
