Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, climate tech, and space exploration
- Produce executive-grade scenario planning reports and technology roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development roadmaps
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP-LE, Delphi method)
