Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year foresight frameworks for emerging tech trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Identify and vet strategic partnerships in exponential technologies
- Present future outlooks to investors and board members
- Design innovation pipelines for moonshot projects
- Collaborate with R&D teams on prototype development
- Produce horizon scanning reports and trend analyses
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies
