You'll lead immersive trend-sensing workshops, develop predictive scenario models, and translate complex futures into actionable roadmaps for our partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop predictive scenario models and trend roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business strategies and innovation ecosystems
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and sustainability frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech ethics and responsible innovation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and emerging regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend-mapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and workshop facilitation abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Strong ethical reasoning skills for navigating emerging technology implications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning, Delphi method, systems thinking)
