- Produce white papers and thought leadership pieces positioning Horizon Labs as a future-focused authority

- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, or Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
